Kids Simple Happiness

We went to the mall yesterday to buy Gabby her shoes that she’ll use for their graduation next week, March 28 to be exact. Glad that the venue is just a stone’s throw away from our house. Kids had fun during our short trip to the mall, they were able to play with those kiddie rides at the mall and did bought cheap toys as we were able to buy Nicco an arrow and bow for only twenty pesos! all stuffs are sold at twenty pesos and the store is called Vente.

Gabby had been long asking us to buy beach toys, she said that she’ll be using this once we went to swimming summer outing, but I don’t think a beach outing is part of the plan, an out of the country vacation like somewhere in Mexico has always been part of our dream but I guess we will be needing a medical travel Mexico by then since DH has to bring lots of medicines and his insulin where he needs to take shots of it thrice a day. We’re very hopeful that it will materialized in the near future, who knows right?! I definitely need to bet in lotto religiously to bag a million .

We never know what’s in store for us in the future. So we must take necessary precautions as it is always better safe than sorry right? Especially if there are loved ones who are dependent on us in everything we do. Leaving them behind is pretty hard to do.Preparation and careful planning is important, I decided to get a life insurance quote from this agent that offers me some plans and have been explaining to me the pros and cons of the said offer. I believe that it is one way of security and a assurance that everything will turn out well. I want to make things easier for everyone just in case something bad happens to me and I don’t want them to be left with nothing in the near future. Life is short as they always say so we must enjoy and live our life in such a way that it is worth living.

~ It must be vain right?! well I am not, Just a simple look and do is enough for me.

~ Alvin and the chipmunks

~ Hmm. I haven’t thought of that yet.

~I am not so fond of baseball so I don’t have any fave.

~ none

6. What is one lesson you have learned in the past year?

~ Among the many lessons I’ve learned, one thing that stand among the rest is keeping the faith. No matter how things went wrong and how low I feel, knowing that God is there is enough motivation for me to stay strong.

7. Tell us about one of your childhood memories.

~ OF course playtime is one thing I really enjoyed most.

8. How do you handle sticky situations? Do you have a method? If so, what is it?

~ Keep myself compose and alert about how things are going.
9. Do you think people talk about you behind your back?

~ I think so but I don’t care! for as long as I am not doing harm to any body. People who usually talk behind your back are insecure ones who need nothing but want you down and they are not worthy of my precious time to deal with.

Time Management

I wasn’t able to stay up late last night as I am really tired and was just wasting time staring at my monitor . There are really times that you can’t force yourself to finish tasks as you will just end up unproductive and your performance and output of work won’t be as nice as you expect it to be. I did gave in and sleep, woke up early and had my breakfast, did the laundry and clean our room. Done with household chores and now I am set to finish some online tasks. Time management is the key and off you go! Sometimes putting off some things for a while to give way to a more important thing will definitely make the most out of your time, prioritizing things according to the level of its importance, you will be able to accomplish more things one a time. I must admit that I am not really good at multi-tasking as I tend to screwed things up in the long run. lol! I still prefer careful planning and proper scheduling. But there are times Procrastination strikes big time and I must admit I often fall into it but glad that I always find ways to escape and be able to deliver.

are the result of Gabby’s 4th and final examination. I even got worried that she may not be able to to take a full grasp of everything that we had during our review session as we were on a hurry. All I did was ask her to read and answer the questionnaire I prepared. It consists of 10 numbered activities per subject. She excels in reading as her teacher pointed out that Gabby stands out among her classmates during recitation in reading. Regular classes is over and next week will be the general practice for the graduation. We will only be buying the little girl her black shoes since she will still wear the same white dress she had worn during their moving up day last year. Kids are now really growing very fast, seems like yesterday when they were still so small and very dependent on us. Now I realized that I need to get life insurance that a friend has been long asking me as we really don’t know what’s in store for us. I am in the process of reviewing as I checked current term life insurance quotes that she had sent me thru mail as to what other benefits and perks that the plan include In this unpredictable situation we have, the only thing we could do is to always prepare and anticipate what the future unfolds.

People whom I haven’t seen for quite sometime would often be surprise and always have the same remarks that makes me frown, ” You look big”, ” You gained weight”, ” “What happened to you? you’re so fat” . I o n the other hand sometimes gets too tired of explaining that I just shrugged it of, I am close to taking lipozene then just to get quick results on weight loss but I decided to take things slowly and get to the main and root cause of the sudden increase of weight. Then I found out that that I have a polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos) and one effect and symptom of it is weight gain, hence the rapid increase of weight as an effect to me. I need to go back to my OB gyne since I stopped taking pills now and discuss with her about other options that I can take aside from it.

Been up since 4 a.m this morning and went straight to the office and worked till 5:30. Felt so dead tired and been experiencing joint pains from too much sitting in front of the computer and that is for about six hours to be exact, joint pain treatment is what I need now or probably a good massage. My hips are terribly aching, I remember when I was in college when I carried a heavy pail of water and I suddenly felt a terrible pain around my hips as I forced myself to carry it, since then I would feel some hip pain from time to time and It think it’s one root cause for this pain I am experiencing. I hope it goes away now as I need to finish some things on my to do list and I can’t concentrate and be productive when I feel this way. I could really feel that I am now getting older with these condition.
