My Online World

Yesterday was a busy day at work, I was only able to go online in the afternoon but was not able to work on some online tasks because of a slow internet connection. Good thing though that I was able to finish most of the office tasks. I noticed the increase in production of the company next to ours as I saw some new machineries for SMT Stencils that they are using in manufacturing their products. True enough as I was able to talk to some of their employees and confirmed that they are doing some system upgrade in their company. Since our company will be expanding a couple of years from now, I just hope that company regulation will improve too most especially for the benefits of their employees. 

Getting sick is one of the hardest thing to deal with most especially if the cause is work related. The whole work week is over just like that, been to places everywhere including banks, mall, government offices as I work around to  process some important legal matter in acquiring cash for titles. In a couple of week’s time, DH will be leaving for a sibling reunion and a month long vacation in Australia. I am having doubts if my boss would allow me for a one month vacation since nobody is available to look after the kids. The least I could ask is a three days work schedule, I am crossing fingers on this.  Hope they would allow me or I have no choice but take an AWOL ( I hope not!) Since the welfare of my kids is very important. On another note, I hope that my niece will be available to take charge with the household while I am at work. I just really feel that one month is equal to one year in this case. LOL

One of the disadvantage when you work in a small company is the limited benefits and perks that you get to enjoy in your work environment, as they always say, “All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy” and so I miss working in a large company were we use to engage in doing recreational and sports activity during summer.

It helps us boost our other side of personality, taking a breather off from the monotony of daily work that usually bore us, playing sports keeps us in a good working condition that helps us keep a healthy living lifestyle. We do enjoy wearing our personalized crew sweatshirts then during sports and team building activities, the camaraderie goes stronger and makes us more bonded with each other even beyond the four corners of  the office.

One of the factors that affect our health condition is our work environment, so we need to take extra precautions whenever we perform to ensure that we are protected and make sure that you are all covered up from medical and health benefits as well in your company.Getting sick especially if its a serious condition like Mesothelioma is hard.
