My Online World

It’s gonna be a long weekend here on our part of the world as tomorrow marks the 112th Philippine Independence Day. It will gonna be another  busy weekend for us as there are lot of things that we need to do.

• I need to finish at least half of my online tasks tonight
• need to wake up early to do the laundry
• will go to Gabby’s school to buy books
• will got the mall to buy black  shoes for Nicco and school supplies
• prepare their school uniform
• prepare, label and cover the books and notebooks
• A trip to the salon for kids haircut

Tiring as it may seem but it is indeed a fruitful thing to do so. I am one proud mom of a grade school and preschool students. Will share some of their photos  in their uniform on my future post updates. Have a great weekend everyone!

I slept early last night despite the fact I that I promised myself to stay up late to finish some tasks. Been experiencing some cramps and pains on my hips so I decided to call it a night to get some rest. Woke up early today and decided to borrow my daughter’s jumping rope and did some rounds of jump and it did really feel good after . Did some stretching and a round on the scooter of the little boy, yes! talk about improvised exercise gadgets here. Ahaha.

I did some cut on my rice intake too. I just hope that this losing weight thingy will work on me. lol. Patience and determination is all I need. It’s a long weekend on my part of the world and I don’t have work today so I am one happy Mama here to spend quality time with my family.  Hope you’re having a great weekend too!

on blogging for almost a week. Offline world keeps me busy that I only got little time to go online when I got home after office hours. Been busy reviewing Gabby on her lessons as they had their summative test, 2nd quarter examination will be next week so it means another round of busy nights to catch up on reviews again. Checking email, reading updates on my Google reader, peeking at my FB to catch on my Cafe World is usually my online activities for the past 5 days. I’ve been meaning to change my blog’s templates but couldn’t find one that will suit my blogs theme. DH’s birthday will be October 28, but celebration will be tomorrow later today! Nothing fancy as we just invited my family and some friends for lunch. We will be having embutido, spaghetti, sweet and sour tilapia, barbecue chicken. Will post some photos to share with you.

and wide awake! maybe it’s because I over slept this afternoon. LOL! wasn’t able to do the laundry because we went to doctor for Gabby’s check up and to the mall afterwards! I feel so tired and exhausted when we got home so I easily dozed off in bed after I changed my house clothes on. Ahaha. Tomorrow is another day and still got lots of pending things to do both offline and online world! I hope I would be able to pull everything through tomorrow! One last post and I am off to bed! OH and it’ Sunday Already here, I hope I could hear mass tomorrow and will talk about the upcoming vacation trip with DH, hope we could go to Vegas and watch the Las Vegas Shows.

Today is our last day of work and we will be having a long weekend as Monday is a holiday. Celebration of National Heroes Day! We are heading off to our parents place over the weekend to greet my mom a happy birthday. Our eldest brother will be going too and it will be a sort of get together with the whole family. I don’t know what to give my mom on her very special day, a good food perhaps?! but not the sweet ones as she’s diabetic already. I know she’d appreciate cash more. LOL! We’ll be going to the mall after we went to our parents place since we need to buy new kitchen and dining wares. It will gonna be a very busy day since DH still has an appointment with his dentist on the same day, hope there will be no glitches as we’ll tag the kids along with us, hope they could still fit in their strollers as we would definitely bring it along with us so we don’t have to carry them when they got tired of walking. Especially the little boy who frequently asks me to carry him whenever we go to the malls. Oh I remember, there are now strollers for rent at the malls so it’s more convenient for us to rent rather than bring it along, that would really save our day.

It has been ages ago since we last had a great time for a family bonding, kids were too young then and didn’t get much to comprehend with what’s going around, thus didn’t get to enjoy the great views and activities that we had then. Only left are photos of the said event. Now that they are quite grown up, I think it is now time for another great family vacation, how about flying outside the country? sounds exciting isn’t it?! But will have to save a lot first to further materialize the plans and everything in between. Such family affairs are indeed one great way for the family to bond and get to enjoy each others company away from the hassles of the city and work.

My hands are full these past few days and so I was not able to pay attention with my blogs. Life offline is keeping me busy giving me only a few hours to squeeze in to check what’s happening in my online world. Oh well, just want to update you with my weekend happenings. My childhood friends and I meet up to catch up on each other since one of our friend came home for a few days vacation from Taiwan. It’s been almost three years since we last had a meet up and it’s such a nice feeling to seeing your childhood friends after quite sometime, we had a great time though we just stayed at our friends house and just had a chit chat catching up on each others lives. All of them are still single and I just hope that we’ll gonna have a family outing in the coming years for a grand reunion.

Some things are getting into me these past few days, hence the lack of updates here. Offline activities are just to overwhelming that I couldn’t find time to go online even though there are lots of ideas running into my mind, the moment I sit down in front of the computer my mind starts wandering somewhere else and so I just ended up opening too many tabs open without finishing any of my pending tasks, a simple uploading of photos lets me keep it on my to do’s lists. All I could do was waste my time doing some senseless surfing over the net. I guess I need to motivate myself to work and become more focus on my blogging tasks. Maybe one of the reasons why I am feeling like this is that first, the loss of PR of this blog hence the drought of online opportunities second too tired and stressed out with things happening in my personal life or maybe I am having the so called “writer’s block” which is which I just hope that I get I can back to blogging groove soon.

Receiving flowers brings a different kind of feelings especially for us women. It symbolizes feelings of endearment, importance and love that goes whenever we receive one. And so there is no doubt that it is the number one thing to remember during special occasions like Valentines, Mother’s day, birthdays and other special moments that all can think of as a gift. And flowers has always been associated in terms of romance, especially during the courting stage wherein the suitor would always find time to give or buy one to the girl that he’s courting and sometimes asks somebody to deliver flowers to make it more romantic and which makes it more appealing to the girl of course! And do you noticed that a lot of girls are named after flowers due to its beauty and feminine quality, ans so I bet you know a friend or acquaintance named Daisy, Lily, Rose, Jasmine, Lavender. I remember when DH during our 4th year anniversary surprised me with a beautiful plants one fine morning as I woke up and handed me my breakfast in bed. It is definitely one treasured gift from him, it may not be that fancy but it is indeed worthy to remember and I was really touched by his sweet gesture then.
