Saturday Break
Written by on April 13, 2010 – 10:04 am -DH and I decided last weekend to take the kids out and treat them to their favorite pizza parlor, as usual they are in their best appetite as they were able to finish all the foods served to them, their most favorite part is having their sundaes’ the little boy loves the strawberry flavor, while DD wants the chocolate one.
We went around the mall after looking around, we were able to buy some things for the house and and a wall fan for our room as the stand fan that we have is as good as a junk already.
But what excites DH is the Best Buy deal that we had, a Toshiba 24″ wide screen LCD TV not at the mall but from his cousin who went home from the states. She sold it to us at a very affordable price
Now kids are enjoying their favorite Spongebob show at a more bigger screen.
Kids Simple Happiness
Written by on March 21, 2010 – 10:51 am -We went to the mall yesterday to buy Gabby her shoes that she’ll use for their graduation next week, March 28 to be exact. Glad that the venue is just a stone’s throw away from our house.
Kids had fun during our short trip to the mall, they were able to play with those kiddie rides at the mall and did bought cheap toys as we were able to buy Nicco an arrow and bow for only twenty pesos!
all stuffs are sold at twenty pesos and the store is called Vente.
Gabby had been long asking us to buy beach toys, she said that she’ll be using this once we went to swimming summer outing, but I don’t think a beach outing is part of the plan, an out of the country vacation like somewhere in Mexico has always been part of our dream but I guess we will be needing a medical travel Mexico by then since DH has to bring lots of medicines and his insulin where he needs to take shots of it thrice a day. We’re very hopeful that it will materialized in the near future, who knows right?! I definitely need to bet in lotto religiously to bag a million

Very Good Grades
Written by on March 19, 2010 – 9:32 pm -
are the result of Gabby’s 4th and final examination. I even got worried that she may not be able to to take a full grasp of everything that we had during our review session as we were on a hurry. All I did was ask her to read and answer the questionnaire I prepared. It consists of 10 numbered activities per subject. She excels in reading as her teacher pointed out that Gabby stands out among her classmates during recitation in reading. Regular classes is over and next week will be the general practice for the graduation. We will only be buying the little girl her black shoes since she will still wear the same white dress she had worn during their moving up day last year. Kids are now really growing very fast, seems like yesterday when they were still so small and very dependent on us. Now I realized that I need to get life insurance that a friend has been long asking me as we really don’t know what’s in store for us. I am in the process of reviewing as I checked current term life insurance quotes that she had sent me thru mail as to what other benefits and perks that the plan include In this unpredictable situation we have, the only thing we could do is to always prepare and anticipate what the future unfolds.
Missing their Cousin
Written by on March 16, 2010 – 11:33 pm -DH called me up at the office late this afternoon and asked me to go straight to our parents place in Sampaloc as the kids are requesting to go there and play with their cousin Dwayne. It’s been quite sometime since they saw him as we no longer regularly go there as we used to do before that we get to visit them weekly. I am quite swamped with work that I need to catch up on weekends hence the reason why we can’t afford to pay them a visit. But I promise them that we’ll get back to the weekly visit at the end of the school year as our schedules then would be less hectic.
In Two Weeks Time
Written by on March 10, 2010 – 4:45 pm -My daughter will be finally saying goodbye to pres-school and will be saying hello to another level up on education… Looking back, I have no regrets in sending her at a very early age of 3 in nursery. Now, she have attained more than what we have expected on her. Simple milestones and gestures are already a treasure for us her parents. Nicco on the other hand will be going to nursery by June, I just hope he’ll be as eager as like her Ate to learn new things in school and I noticed that he’s pretty much excited too as he plays and pretends that his toys are his classmates. LOL. and would even make up stories about his so called “teacher” and that his teacher allowed him bring toys on school. Ahaha. Raising kids is not easy but is really a fulfilling task and the rewards that you get from it are PRICELESS..
