Thankful Day and a Five Peso Coin

Written by on September 15, 2011 – 10:32 am -

I was quite bothered the past days. I’ve been lazy, irritated and sickly. Negativity have taken its toll on me. All I want to do was to escape from reality, I wanted to take a leave from work and stay at home and sleep all day long. But of course, that I can not do! We won’t have food on the table for the week if I do that. We’ve been tight and so I have to get up and move around. I need to fight off the negativity.

Thankfully, blessings poured in financially. Not that big but enough to fill in our needs and some wants. Early this morning, I was praying to God on my way to work. He answered my prayer in a snap. I wasn’t really expecting to get an answer but he did. He just did!

Through the five peso coin that I found in a jeepney … Yes, a five peso coin that God proved how much he loves me! for this I am really grateful… I will keep it as my lucky charm.. a reminder of God’s power and love for me!

What Motivates Me?

You Are Motivated By Autonomy

While you are at ease around others, it’s very important that you’re able to do your own thing.

You are engaged with the world and with life. You find it easy to get in gear, and you’re usually busy.

You are emotionally stable and totally together. You have struck the perfect balance in your life.

You are confident and self-assured. You believe in yourself fully and completely.

Mistakes

Hope it is as easy as clicking the undo whenever we commit mistakes. But oftentimes, mistakes that we commit offline can never be undone cut or deleted but can be copied. lol! The thing is, we need to be cautious to avoid committing it. The only best thing that we get out of it is learning, a lesson that help us to do better next time :)

When You Keep Saying

“When you keep saying you are busy, then you are never free.

When you keep saying you have no time, then you will never have time.

When you keep saying that you will do it tomorrow, then tomorrow will never come. “

I am always guilty of this one, times when I just want to escape the present and excuse myself of things I know I can accomplish right at the very moment. Times when I feel low and tired, I tend to put things on hold by saying I will do this and that later or tomorrow. Laziness striking at its finest that is!

“Letting go of your old self and the process of letting the new you emerge can be one of the scariest experiences in your life. But by leaving behind your old self and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, it might just reveal what you are truly capable of becoming”
