I was watching the news the other night and saw the celebrities who attended the Star Circle Magic ball last August 30. Mostly was of course talents of Channel 2, it was featured on the star patrol segment of the news program. And one of the highlight during this kind of events is the flaunting of their gowns and best cocktail dress plus the announcement of whoever the best dressed celebrity of the night. I think most of them have carried their self very well. Love those lovely dresses and of course those men who were able to put it off too. Only if I have the guts to were such kinds if dress. I only get to wear such during a very important occasion, mostly I am under dressed at times since I am really uncomfortable wearing one. Two weeks ago while I was waiting for a jeep to a ride home, I accidentally slipped on the elevated steps of the jeepney, good thing I was able to balance myself and recover fast. But my poor sandals straps were stripped off. I really had a hard time walking myself home and now I badly need a new Rocket Dog Shoes. One that I can keep for a long period of time since I don’t usually buy every now and then. I don’t much care about the price of a shoe, what is important is the quality and style. Definitely high heeled ones and boots are out of the list because I am not really fond of them. There are times that I know I am not properly dressed when I go to certain occasions where a dress code is needed. I usually wear pants and shirts or the typical office clothes I found on my closet, I don’t know but I am not really comfortable wearing formal dresses. Just by looking on the dresses’ lace and all, I am having the thought of scratching off with those itchy dress decors. Bad behavior I know! But of course, seeing those gorgeous ladies strut off their figures wearing those cocktail dresses makes me want to wear one too. Of course I know I have to give in sometimes, got to find the courage to wear one despite the odd feelings there in. Maybe it was all in the mind after all right?! Oh why am I making a big deal out of this?! As I search the net on finding tips about this dress, I came to know that I have to choose the right type wherein I would be comfortable enough to wear one. Cocktail dress comes in strapless type, the spaghetti one, and even long sleeves types. I should be able to choose one that would suit my taste and personality, matching my outfit with the right accessories would definitely make it a perfect outfit I guess, I might as well dress appropriately or else I would end up looking alien to people around me wearing clothes that are far different from theirs.
