Cheese Cake Recipe
Written by on March 14, 2010 – 10:34 pm -I am a cake lover but I don’t know how to bake and I am no good cook, but glad that DH is a great one and can grant all my wishes when it comes to my food cravings.
DH has been keeping an Easy Recipes book that he got from his late mom whose a good cook too. I’ve been requesting DH to make me a blue berry cheesecake, glad that he granted it and I know it has been so long since DH made this for my birthday last month ,the photos I uploaded from Flickr gained requests that I post the recipes of the cheesecake, so here it is… Pardon the long delay of posting it here.

4 pcs. eggyolks
2 1/2 cup evaporated milk
