Essential Computer Peripherals
Written by on February 24, 2011 – 2:03 am -My PC will be turning two next month. I haven’t encountered any problem within the said period. But lately, I noticed that it is now turning slow at times whenever I browse I browse net, although I think that my 160GB capacity hard drive is still enough for me, I think I need to do some upgrade or buy new on some of the computer peripherals. Since I have tons of photos stored into My pictures folders, I want to do a back copy/ transfer on all them.
Portable External Hard Drive. I am torn between a Western Digital passport of at least 320GB capacity and Seagate Go Flex. Haven’t go through the reviews yet for these two so I can’t decide which one to choose from still.
CD.The OC me wants to sort out and label my stored photos according to occasion, album for photo books, kid’s milestones, etc..
Flash Drive. Good thing that there are now high capacity flash drives too. I am using my Kingston 2GB for some important data files for back ups and I think I will be needing a 64GB.
Printer. For now, I am contented with our 2 month old HP D2660 Printer. Fully functional and enough for our family ‘s printing needs especially for the kids school projects and assignments. But I would be delighted if we can upgrade it to an All-In-One printer (Printer, Scanner, Copier) for a more flexible function use, most especially for scanning photos for my photo book projects.
