Christmas Reminder

Written by on December 17, 2009 – 10:32 pm -

Let us remember that the Christmas heart is a giving heart, a wide open heart that thinks of others first. The birth of the baby Jesus stands as the most significant event in all history, because it has meant the pouring into a sick world of the healing medicine of love which has transformed all manner of hearts for almost two thousand years… Underneath all the bulging bundles is this beating Christmas heart.

Giddy for the Holiday Season

Written by on December 2, 2009 – 3:03 am -

I am now officially on my *holiday mode* lol. With the many activities for the coming holiday, Christmas parties to attend here and there , Gabby’s school program, family gatherings, reunions with classmates and friends, there is really no way for me to make an excuse of being excited. I’m just too glad that we have enough budget to cover up for those expenses, my sleepless nights of updating and writing off some posts have paid off. Patience and hard work really takes you everywhere you want to go, there are just times that you will feel down but what matter is the way you face the challenges and move on with a positive attitude. How about you, what are you up to this Holiday season?

A Token To Remember This Christmas

Written by on October 28, 2009 – 5:41 am -

Early sunset, cold breeze of air, christmas songs on the airwaves, bright lights over the streets, humongous christmas decors at malls. Can you now feel the spirit of Christmas? I definitely can feel it now. Despite the tragic experience we had from typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng, its now time to move on and look forward to what’s in store for us in the future.

My kids are now very excited, Gabby in particular is ecstatic about their school play on their christmas programs. Nicco on the other hand, can now take a grasp of what holiday season is all about. Preparations for parties here and there are now starting to roll, we were quite busy too in making lists of gifts to buy. As a tradition every year, we would be sending christmas cards to our relatives abroad. I know that technology wise, you could now send one through email but we still prefer doing the old way but with a touch of technology too! You can design and personalize christmas cards at christmascards.uk.com wherein there are tons of designs to choose from. They have the high quality printing materials that makes your card stand out, you can even use your own wordings. Saying and greeting with cards are always safe way to communicate with loved ones.
