Salon Business
Written by on September 15, 2011 – 11:10 am -One of our long term goal includes putting up a business of our own. So as early as now, we took time to study, research and get as much as necessary information on different business that will suit us. Many have been jumping into the market trends nowadays. But I think that it’s not a wise idea to do so, When everybody’s putting up a milkshake business, you have to make sure that you’ll do more good than your competitor in order to succeed, but putting up/ investing into a more solid and tested business like a salon perhaps, where you’ll be pretty sure that most of the resources use won’t spoil unlike that of the food type business then there’s nothing much to worry about. Also taking time to study in a Cosmetology school will help a lot for you to get a hang of how things work around as you get a first hand experience on the things that you will offer to your prospective clients.

Blossoming Career in Cosmetics
Written by on May 15, 2011 – 7:04 pm -My niece is asking my mom if she could go back to school this coming June, she wanted to pursue and finish her studies. Sadly, my mom couldn’t afford the high tuition fee and other expenses. I told her to just enroll in a beauty school instead since she’s into make-ups and cosmetics. With the growing number of job opportunities related to it, she could easily find an immediate job after the program. She might be able to go abroad for a training in Austin beauty school, the fastest beauty in school in the US and explore more in her passion while learning the ropes in fashion and beauty.

Hair Loss Dilemma
Written by on February 20, 2011 – 11:12 am -
My hair loss problem started after a year when I decided to undergo a hair rebonding treatment. I was happy at first since I no longer experience problems with my unruly hair then. But I noticed that after a year, I started to experience hair fall, my hair started to get limp and easily breaks off, not to mention that it started to become dry again. It could be because I wasn’t able to have a hair maintenance and other hair treatment after the rebond treatment. Now, all I need is a hair loss treatment and I just decided to have a haircut and let it grow with the natural curls and don’t go for any other treatment that deals with strong medication that will just ruin my hair afterward.
Familiar Faces
Written by on January 23, 2011 – 1:59 pm -The wonders of technology never cease to amaze me. I was lurking around a relatives’ photo over at Facebook and I saw some familiar faces that I have not seen for quite some period of time. It has been almost 10 years since I last saw them and it feels good to catch up although most of them, particularly my Aunt (mother side) who seems to need the best anti wrinkle cream as I couldn’t recognize her at first as she looks older than her age and that is maybe due to stress! Communicating nowadays is so convenient that you don’t have to travel and exert too much effort just to see them. Now all we need is an internet connection and they are just a click away from us,.
A Beautiful Education
Written by on January 22, 2011 – 10:25 pm -Nowadays, one must be practical enough in so many ways to be able to make ends meet. Financial wise, we must ensure that every money spent is worthy of its value. Now I understand my parents’ predicaments when I was still studying and in my college years then, they kept on reminding me to study hard and value the hard earned money that they spent for my education. Now that I am a parent myself, I know how it feels to be in their place.
Sending kids to school nowadays costs a lot, tuition fees are sky rocketing, miscellaneous expense alone is another thing. That is why we kept on reminding my niece who stopped schooling for awhile and about to return to school to make sure of the course that she wants to take, so as not waste another time and money. I di encourage her to just take a beauty course in a school nearby with the likes of Regency Beauty Institute where she can polish the creative side of her since she was into cosmetics lately. Aside from the fact that it would be easy for her to look into a job after studying since there are a lot of demands when it comes to beauty course graduates.
