The hCG Diet

Many things have been said and done about losing weight and proper diet. Some people go through different kinds and ways of losing excess pound but to no avail. Some do exert physically through exercising, running, dancing, biking, swimming. While some do try different diet programs like eating only this and that thingy, eating on time basis such as the after six diet. Others do the combination of physical and proper dieting and there are those who can’t seem to those things above and wants an immediate result go through under the knife or surgery as their last resort.

Some of these system works but some do not work for others no matter how they try. I think the best thing to do is make a careful study on what kind of program will you go through and be able to identify the one that will surely works for you. This was discovered by a British doctor Dr.Simeon, the ultra-low-calorie weight-loss diet and made  study on some patients (pregnant women and fat boys)  and treated them with low-dose hCG, claimed that both lost fat rather than lean (muscle) tissue.

The diet requires you to eat fruits, vegetables and meat, fish and poultry. You can also go on a vegetarian version. You just have to follow the foods allowed on hcg diet and you will surely get the right and proper result and attaining your target weight and of course you’ll become physically fit too. Losing weight with this kind of diet has claimed to be the quick way without sacrificing your health and metabolism as many have also testified to the reliability and proven result of this diet.
