I have been longing to look for another job, it’s not that I’m complaining with my present one but I think it’s time for me to move on and find a stable one. During my previous jobs I had before and even up to now, I was under a job agency wherein I am just on a certain time frame period, the downside of it is that I am not entitled to the company benefits that my co workers are getting. I am not getting any LOA (Leave of Absence) with pay since I am on a “no work no pay” basis, no bonuses, no uniform, no salary increase and not even company loans. See how hard it is to get a job and not get any perks out of it?!

But even if my present company gives Car Allowance, in which I can not make full use of it since I don’t know how to drive. I could see the great convenience of it to our technician riders. In a few weeks time, one of them will be owning the motorcycle vehicle that has bee issued upon him few months back. He’s about to finish paying it on a monthly installment basis. It has helped a lot in making our work become more productive since traveling back and forth to our suppliers and customers are more convenient now and drivers get to use the vehicle for their own personal use under some privileges under the contract of their car allowance.
