Healthy Exercise
Written by on March 4, 2010I’m such a lazy type of person when it comes to proper diet and exercising. I was thin during my younger years even if I eat like there’s no tomorrow. lol! But I noticed how I became bigger in size after I graduated from college, not just me actually but people around me. They kept on bugging and teasing me that I need to go on a diet or else I will explode, physically. Ahaha. Now that I already have two kids, You bet I am thrice bigger in size than before.
I am now considering every ways and means on how to lose weight and become serious and more determined ever on living a healthy lifestyle. I researched and made a study on which type of exercise that I can do, and that is to enroll in yoga or Pilates, which for me is a more effective way as it requires an extensive and more disciplined way of performing exercises. I might as well enroll with Yoga Boston, which is a Pilates Studio in Boston and have been the first GYROTONIC studio in New England. They are fully equipped with the necessary tools and gadgets in Pilates exercises, they also offer private sessions, small group equipment and mat classes. Having the most renowned fitness expert to train you there is definitely a good point as you could really feel that your are in good hands.
