Do you remember the instance when you purchased a certain product and been very excited to use it but only to be dismayed in the end where you find it not working properly or worst scenario is that it is a damaged item?! I bet many of us have it experienced it. There are really times that the products we purchase appears physically ok but when the item have been tested and used, there appears the problem already. We typically go back to the store and ask for replacement or have it submitted for warranty services. It’s another process that we go through and  in this case another problem comes up, but with the customer services issues on the rise. It is just so disappointing dealing with some people who are so unprofessional and doesn’t really care for their consumers or customers, It’s a good thing that there are consumer forum that we could go to and keep our sentiments be aired out, and even get some tips on get to share out experiences with other customers. A friend is experiencing problems with the laptop that  she recently bought from IT store near our work place and is still waiting for for that parts to be replace for weeks now, she’s losing patience already for the waiting game and is on the verge of filing complain.
