On Cars and Allowances
Written by on September 18, 2009Our technician had long been complaining about going back and forth to our different customers to either render services or pull out units for repair, the traffic is tremendous and commuting is not really a good idea with the nature of his work. There are instances that he carries along with him few items that he hand carries. I helped him made a request for a service vehicle that he can use and explained the good points on having a car service for the company. After weighing the pros and cons on different aspects of having one, the management gave in to the request and immediately did process the said purchase of vehicle. There are just some added issues that have been raised in the discussions like the use Car Allowance system. This will gonna be an easy set up for both parties, the employer and employee. The management has been asking services of companies with the likes of Corporate Reimbursement Services, Inc. (CRS) wherein they administer highly flexible and customizable vehicle reimbursement programs for companies with mobile employees to further enhanced their knowledge more and get further explanation and other benefits of the programs that we can use as reference in the future once they decided and gave a go signal for business expansion, wherein we will be needing few more mobile employees by then.
