Upcoming Birthday Party

for my Nephew that is! and so I need to buy a gift for him. The last one that we gave him was a toy, and so I want it to be different one this time. I am now in search for some personalized baby gifts, I suppose that would really surprise my sister as there would be a personal touch of course. Knowing her, she opt to have these kind of gifts instead of those conventional and boring ones. The first one is also a good souvenir and can be used as a giveaways right? While the second one would definitely benefit my sister as it is a good organizer bag for my nephews stuff, especially that they usually go out of tow. :) I am torn between these two:
