Written by on June 29, 2009It’s almost 1 week since our internet connection at home got disrupted. Yesterday, it’s our phone line that got disconnected. Oh how very timely right?! I am really pissed off already with GLOBELINES services. Now I understand how others feel whenever they express rant over a a company’s poor services, being in their position makes me really want to curse and raise hell as well. But being the patient person that I am, still holding my feelings and will try to give them the necessary time to do their part. Hope that they will take into consideration the fact that I am being a good customer and don’t deserve this kind of treatment. I am tired of hearing their lip service line ” sorry for the inconvenience”. What I want is fast action and tend to my queries which any customer really deserves. I missed a lot of opportunities and this blog was stripped off its pagerank by Big G. I need to update and blog more, hope that I will regain what I have lost, hope Globelines DSL cooperates with me.
