Melbourne Cup

Hubby told me that he got an email from my SIL that they are going to a trip to Melbourne this coming November for a seminar and to check out the Melbourne Cup activities. They are based on Sydney and will be in Melbourne for a couple of weeks and so. She will be going with her husband who is a horse racing fanatic. He wasn’t able to attend last years Melbourne Cup due to his hectic work schedule. Since it is Australia’s major annual horse race he told us that he shouldn’t miss it this time.

Good thing that we we were able to tell him about Punters Paradise that we’ve found on the net. which is a social networking website for horse racing enthusiast. wherein you can find the latest news about horse racing tips and betting info and news on Melbourne Cup. There is also a horse racing forum wherein you can interact with your fellow horse racing enthusiast and share your views and exchange some tips and get to see photos of your favorite Australian horses. Hubby told me that he also wants to join them in November. Oh well, let’s see.. tehee

My roommate and I once: sneaked out of the house while everybody’s fast asleep to party at a friends house.
Never in my life have I: drive a car.
High school was: a happy and memorable part of life.
When I’m nervous: my hands sweat a lot and heart beats so fast.
My hair: needs to undergo rebonding treatment.

When I was 5: I play a lot with my friends.
When I turn my head left: I see my officemate seated right beside me.
I should be: sleeping right now but can’t since I’m at the office.
By this time next year: something great might happen, who knows?!

I have a hard time understanding: anything in relation to math! LOL!

If you remember THIS it has arrived weeks ago… too bad I wasn’t able to take photos of it’s content because it arrived early morning while I was at the office. Just as when I arrived home in the evening, hubby and kids already have opened it up and definitely have enjoyed the goodies…

what remains for me to take a shot is this one…

ahahaha.

Last Saturday, another goodies were sent via Ate Irma’s MIL who went home from attending the World Youth Day in Australia.

Gabby couldn’t wait to wear this on her P.E on Friday.

and loves her new bacpack…

and Nicco would’nt want to take it off even if he has swollen toes due to his kalikutan.

and an extra Australian $ for some expenses, which is a great big help for us.
